You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide you with a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which includes the packing slip or other documentation from Style Reruns that describes the item.

All returns are subject to a $3.99 processing fee unless the item received is not as it was described on the website.

Final clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after 7 business days have passed since we emailed confirmation of your refund, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

All returns must be shipped to Style Reruns, 638 Steiner St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45204.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.  

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
